By placing an order with H.I.D City, you agree to the terms and conditions stated. Transactions are governed by British Law, and any dispute in transactions will be settled by British Law.

We retain to the right to cancel any order at any time. If payment has been made, we aim to deliver a full refund within 7 days. Stock ranges on this website may be changed or amended at any time, without prior notice. If you have paid for a product which we no longer stock, you will be given a full refund, which will be delivered within 7 days.

 

Xenon Gas Discharge Lamps should only be fitted by qualified persons due to the voltages involved with this equipment. Packaging of products may vary to avoid damage in transit.

 

If you are claiming a refund you must first inform H.I.D City. No refunds will be accepted without prior notification. A full refund can be claimed if you return the product within 14 days of purchase, and the refund will be made directly to your credit card within 4 weeks. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

Any returns which do not require exchange may, at our discretion, be subject to a restocking fee of up to £10 to cover the postage of the products to you and the administration of your order and return. With all returns, to be entitled to a full refund, products must be unopened and in new condition.

 

Information supplied on our Kit Selector is a guide and H.I.D City will accept no liability for any mistakes or omissions detailed in this information. The Kit Selector facility is also for exclusive use of H.I.D City customers and must not be used via any other web sites.
