How do I return an item?
If you wish to return a product, you must do so within 14 days of purchase. Shipping back to H.I.D City is the responsibility of the customer. The product must be in good condition and in its original packaging. The customer should ensure that the goods remain in a satisfactory condition to ensure they are acceptable should they need to be returned.
